Painter (1099)

Production Manager

Full-time · Portland & Bangor, ME

Oversee our dynamic team of painters and ensure that each project is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of our painting crews. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and meet our quality standards. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during projects. Foster a positive, productive work environment.

Requirements

Proven experience in managing teams, preferably within the painting industry. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Estimator

Full-time · Portland & Bangor, ME

Play a crucial role in the growth of Graduate Painting by accurately estimating project costs and fostering relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

Visit project sites to evaluate and estimate work requirements. Create detailed, accurate proposals for potential clients. Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate project forecasting. Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Requirements

Prior experience in estimation, preferably in the painting or construction industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
