- Execute professional painting tasks while maintaining top-notch quality and safety standards.
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, scraping, and patching as needed.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Prior painting experience preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Painter (1099)

- Deliver high-quality painting services in alignment with company standards.

- Communicate consistently with the project manager to ensure smooth project completion.
- Proven track record of professional painting.

Production Manager
Oversee our dynamic team of painters and ensure that each project is completed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our painting crews.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and meet our quality standards.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during projects.
- Foster a positive, productive work environment.
- Proven experience in managing teams, preferably within the painting industry.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
Estimator
Play a crucial role in the growth of Graduate Painting by accurately estimating project costs and fostering relationships with clients.
- Visit project sites to evaluate and estimate work requirements.
- Create detailed, accurate proposals for potential clients.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate project forecasting.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Prior experience in estimation, preferably in the painting or construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
