    When the estimator arrives they work with you to find the best options for your home, then build a set of job specifications on the spot using a standardized estimating system.

    Contract and proposal

    You are provided a file containing a copy of your contract, a detailed job proposal form, and copies of any relevant regulatory paperwork.

    Color and product selection

    Colors and products are selected and delivered to your project location.

    A weather-dependent, tentative start window is established for your project.

How does the free estimate work?
Our single-appointment system starts with a short pre-estimate call so you and the estimator are on the same page. At the appointment the estimator builds a standardized set of job specifications, which becomes the basis for pricing and the contract. You leave with a set contract price rather than a range.
What do I receive once the estimate is complete?
A file containing a copy of your contract, a detailed job proposal form, and copies of any relevant regulatory paperwork, plus a weather-dependent tentative start window for your project.
Can you match a specific color?
Yes. Sherwin-Williams' ColorSnap Precision system needs a sample at least the size of a quarter. If the colors are currently on your house, we take care of the color match in its entirety.
Are you insured?
Yes. Graduate Painting carries $1M in general liability insurance.
